This time on the blog we have the talented graphic designer and art director Enric Adell. Enric is one of the many creative types I share a co-working space with in the heart of the city at Het Rotterdam Collectief.
Hailing from Barcelona, Enric designs and art directs not one, but two seriously cool cycling magazines - Volata and Rouleur. Rouleur is a big name in the cycling industry and known for
quality journalism, photography and design.
Enric got in touch with me about booking a full brand shoot because he is on the cusp of expanding his business and taking on staff to deal with all the enquiries he is now getting for his creative services.
Together we designed a shoot to communicate the different qualities Enric brings to his work: creativity, expertise, and reliability.
One of the really things about this shoot was how Enric brought in his printed designs, some cycling 'merch' and his ever growing body of sketches and ideas. The area around the office on Schiekade gave us just the right sort of creative and gritty vibe.
